Choose an appointment type and time that suits you.
Workers Compensation and CTP appointments cannot be booked online. Call 0466 708 219 with your referral letter and claim details and we will arrange the appointment for you.
Medicare CCMP appointments can be booked online. Your GP needs to have a Chronic Condition Management Plan in place and to have referred you to Komplete before your appointment. Without a current plan and referral, Medicare cannot reimburse any part of the fee and the full amount is payable on the day. Call 0466 708 219 if you are not sure whether yours is current.

Fees are the same whether you book online or by phone. Every appointment type and its full fee is listed on funding and fees, or read about home visits if you would rather be seen at home.
